how do i redeem points?

Can i use my points during a sale?
Points can be redeemed using a unique coupon code and applied to any non-sale item, just like any other discount code. When logged into your Social Wellness Club account, you’ll see a dropdown at checkout to apply your points.
During certain promotions, points may not be eligible to combine with sale pricing. This helps us keep our best deals running smoothly. If points can be used alongside a sale, you’ll see the option available at checkout.

is there a limit to how many points i can earn?

I should have earned points for a purchase or action but I didn't see my account balance change. Did I get credit?
Oh no!! We want to make sure you get all your points, so please double-check that you were signed into your rewards account and didn't accidentally check out as a guest.
You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. There could also be a communication delay in our system and points could take anywhere from several minutes to several hours to appear in your account.
